Piercings/Tattoos (How many? Where?): I have 3 tattoos all on my left side of my body and piercings I have my belly pierced and six dermals around the sides.

So, how long have you been into fitness training?: Ive been into fitness training on and off for 10 yrs.

BDM: Nice! Your body is on point.

How often do you hit the gym?: I hit the gym 3-4 days a week.

BDM: That's good.

Do you have a favorite workout routine?: Speed walking with my Shapeup shoes!

BDM: Shape-Up should sponsor you or at least put you in a commercial! .

What do you listen too while working out?: I go from listening to hard rock to heavy dance music.

What's the most push-ups that you can do?: I can probably do 40 pushups at once

BDM: We need to get proof of that on tape! YouTube it!

Do you play any sports?: I don't play sports but I use to do kickboxing so that's a sport.

BDM: Nice! Aslong as you can kick butt!

What is that one unhealthy food that you just cannot resist?: A extra juicy cheesy beef/big mac lol!

BDM: Oh really!

Do you have a favorite Nutrition snack or product?: I like to eat Myoplex Lite bars or Adkins coconut bar

BDM: I think you would look good in a Myoplex ad.

Besides fitness modeling, have you done any other modeling? If so, what have you done?: I have been featured in Playboy 4 times between the magazines and Playboy.com. I have also been featured in Kaboom magazine 2 times and just recently did a shoot for the Sybaris.

What do you like to do for fun?: For fun I like to go out to nice dinners and out for drinks

What's the craziest thing you've ever done, naughty or nice?: My 3rd date with my husband instead of going to the movies we ended up in a tattoo place getting dermals! He got 1 I got 6! Worst pain ever!

BDM: I bet!

What is one thing that you would like to try once?: Skydive!

What do you feel most comfortable wearing?: I feel very comfortable in long tank tops and nothing underneath

What does a guy have to do to get your attention?: A guy has to be down to earth and a little wild and crazy to get my attention
